Zaasme delivers from London, Singapore, and Dhaka. Clients sometimes hear that as “coverage.” Internally we treat it as a design problem: how does a decision made at 17:00 GMT still make sense at 10:00 in Dhaka without a meeting that burns the next day?
One squad, one log
Every engagement has a single product lead and a single written log: decisions, open questions, and what “done” means this week. Handover is a paragraph, not a call if we can help it.
We overlap on purpose. London and Dhaka share a morning window. Singapore sits in both. We do not pretend an eight-hour gap is a feature. We pay for overlap so the work does not fork.
The client should feel one room
If a client has to know which city someone sits in to get an answer, we have failed the operating model. Titles and time zones are our problem. The product is theirs.
